So you've fried your hair. We know. We know. You got a little crazy with the curling iron, you stayed out in the sun for days on end or your colorist went overboard dying your black hair white-blonde. The eyes are the part of the face we notice first. This is why it's important to make sure that your eyes look their best when attending to your makeup and care routine. Following are some great beauty tips for your eyes, no matter who you are.


1 Healthy eyes are beautiful eyes. If your eyes are swollen, red, or otherwise unhealthy, no amount of makeup is going to disguise this fact. If you wear contact lenses, make sure that you attend to all the care instructions for them. Also, protect your eyes by using cosmetics with sunscreen included.
What makes your Hair shine?
Hair may be dead, but it doesn't have to look lifeless. Shine depends on the health of each strand's cuticle, the protective outer layer. The cuticle should lie flat in layers, like shingles on a roof. "When the cuticle is smooth, light is reflected uniformly and hair looks shiny," says Liz Edmonds, color director for Bumble and Bumble Salon in New York City. A strong cuticle also keeps the cortex (the pigmented part of hair)..........................
